Ross From Friends and Friends

Ross From Friends returns to Lakota, and this time he is bringing a few friends of his own: Laurence Guy, Eminent and IZZIT join him for one high-energy night.

Ross From Friends is the project of London producer Felix Clary Weatherall, whose warm, sample-heavy house first broke through on YouTube in the mid-2010s before he signed to Flying Lotus's Brainfeeder label. Laurence Guy is known for soulful, sample-based house, and the rest of the bill keeps to the warm, melodic side of the genre, so expect a party rather than a peak-time techno workout.

Lakota sits on Upper York Street between Stokes Croft and St Pauls, in the remains of the old Stokes Croft Brewery, and has been part of Bristol's club scene for more than three decades.

Limited early bird tickets were on sale at the time of writing. Doors are at 9pm, last entry midnight, finish 3am. 18+.
