Monstercat

Monstercat is an independent electronic music label from Vancouver, Canada, with a huge global following for dubstep, drum and bass, house and festival-style electronic music.

As well as releasing music, Monstercat runs its own events and showcases, and partners with promoters around the world to bring its artists to clubs.

This October it teams up with London promoter SYN LDN to take over Clock Factory in Bristol for a night of heavy bass music. The headliner is American producer Tape B, known for high-energy, wobbly bass and big festival sets, with SHOSH and Phosphr in support.

The show is on Saturday 24 October, from 10pm to 3am, with last entry at midnight. Clock Factory is a two-room, 700-capacity club on Union Street in Broadmead, and has become a regular home for bass and drum and bass nights.

If you follow Monstercat's releases or its streams, it is a rare chance to catch its sound in a Bristol club rather than at a festival.
