Dharma Hifi x Elijah Minnelli

Dharma Hifi host an evening of folk-infused dub and original roots reggae at Lost Horizon, the St Jude's venue run by the team behind Glastonbury's Shangri-La.

Headliner Elijah Minnelli has built a following for an unusual take on modern reggae that mixes folk, blues and dub into a layered, hypnotic sound.

Sir Sebastian of Bassi Sound System also plays. The hosts describe Bassi as one of Bristol's elder sound systems: he is a Bristol Dub Club resident who has played St Pauls Carnival in past years, and part of the community that laid the foundations of the city's sound system scene.

Kat, one of the people behind Brakery and Analogue Lounge, plays an exclusive reggae set from her record collection.

Lost Horizon holds around 350 and mixes dub, club nights and live bands with an arts programme. The night runs 10pm to 2am, last entry 12:30am, and is 18+.
